Scope of the service

These terms govern use of TIBBS third-party sign-in, account linking and the shared authorization service. TIBBS provides the technical sign-in service for supported TIBBS applications and participating merchant portals. Contact: [email protected].

Merchant participation, commission arrangements, purchases, payments and other business services are governed by the terms shown by the relevant merchant or TIBBS service. Google sign-in does not by itself create a merchant partnership, approve an application, promise commissions or authorize a payment.

Accounts and authorization

Use only an identity and account that you own or are authorized to use. Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in methods. A portal may require an invitation, email verification or proof of an existing account before registration or linking. Different merchant accounts remain separate even when they use the same email address.

Review the provider’s permission screen before continuing. You may cancel authorization or revoke it in the provider’s settings. An existing verified sign-in method may be needed before unlinking an identity. Do not share passwords, session tokens or authorization codes.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized account access, bypass account or merchant boundaries, misuse authorization callbacks, interfere with the service or use it for unlawful activity. TIBBS may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. For an account restriction or suspected compromise, contact support.

Third-party services and availability

Identity providers operate their own services under their own terms and privacy policies. Provider availability, the permissions you grant and the portal’s configuration affect whether third-party sign-in works. Maintenance or failures may interrupt the service. An alternative sign-in method is available only when the relevant portal supports it.

Privacy and account deletion

Information handling is described in the TIBBS authorization privacy policy. Revoking provider access does not automatically delete a TIBBS or merchant account. Send account-access, unlinking or deletion requests to support and identify the affected service and portal; ownership verification may be required.

Applicable rights and changes

These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law. We may update these terms when the authorization service changes and will revise the date above. Where a change requires acceptance or notice, the affected service will provide it.
